Urbanex Surveyors offer surveying services in the metropolitan area and outer regions of Sydney. We can provide a complete range of accurate and reliable surveys including residential property & land surveys, boundary surveys, construction & engineering surveys, contour and feature surveys, land subdivisions, strata titles, building set out surveys, service set-out, cadastral surveys & more.

Feature and Contour Surveys / Detail Surveys
The Feature and Contour Survey is the first step to be carried out in new developments. It provides information about existing site features such as existing structures, trees, fences and ground levels etc. The two main reasons are design and council approval. An accurate and detailed Feature and Contour Survey is vital to avoid any delays or costly mistakes.

Land Subdivisions
Land Subdivision involves dividing a larger property into smaller lots that can be sold separately and includes a number of complex operations to complete. When a developer or land owner creates a new allotment, they increase the value of their land holding by utilising the development potential of their property. At Urbanex Surveyors we specialise in working with projects of all sizes.

Strata Titles
We prepare Strata Plans for property/land owners and developers from small 2 lot plans to larger residential developments and staged strata schemes. Strata Title plans must be prepared by a Registered Surveyor in accordance with the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015. Trust Urbanex to complete your Strata Title plans as well as Conversions to Survey-Strata, Re-subdivisions, Mergers, Commercial, Residential and mixed use Multi-Storey developments.

Building Set Out Surveys
A Building Set Out Survey is required by local councils to accurately position the proposed development within the site boundaries as shown in the building plans. Urbanex Surveyors will physically mark out key points on the ground for builders to follow during construction process.

Service Set Out and As constructed
These specific surveys are required under Council approved Operational Works and are generally one of the survey tasks associated with a subdivision of land and indicate features such as sewerage, water services, roads and infrastructure. They are an important step required prior to preparation for any type of construction works.

Cadastral Surveys
A Cadastral Survey is required to accurately define specific property boundaries. This may include the identification of residential or rural boundaries, re-establishing boundaries that have been previously surveyed or creating new boundaries as part of the land subdivision process. Urbanex Surveyors have the qualifications, knowledge and skill to survey and advise on the location of property boundaries and can advise if there are any rights or restrictions relating to the property. All information and measurements taken are recorded on a survey plan which is required to lodge with the relevant local council.
